Striped Table Runner with Sally

You've been admiring the sample we have in the shop, now you can make your very own table runner! Come join Sally as she shows you how to turn a border print into one of these gorgeous runners for your table, dresser, or maybe even a bed runner.
Supplies:
Pattern
60 Degree Ruler
Long, straight ruler (6x24")
Rotary Cutter
Painter's tape
Pins
Seam Ripper
Any of your favorite notions that you like to use
Machine with manual (you only need a straight stitch)
Walking foot or equivalent (this will help to match the stripes accurately)
Fabric (requirements will make enough for 2 runners):
1 2/3 yd main fabric, border prints work really well. Do NOT CUT OR WASH AHEAD OF TIME!! If it is really wrinkled, iron with a dry iron. We will cut fabric in class.
1 2/3 yd backing
1 2/3 yd batting (this might be enough for 2 runners depending on the width of your batting)
Thread to coordinate with your fabric
